Terms & Conditions

1. COMPANY INFORMATION

JRP Stone Creations (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides stone fabrication and installation services including, but not limited to, granite, marble, quartz, quartzite, porcelain, and other surface materials.

2. ESTIMATES & PRICING

  • All estimates are non-binding until approved in writing and a deposit is received.

  • Pricing is based on preliminary measurements, material availability, and project scope at the time of estimation.

  • Any changes to layout, measurements, materials, or site conditions may result in price adjustments.​

3. MEASUREMENTS & TEMPLATING

  • Final measurements are taken only after cabinets, supports, and framing are fully installed and level.

  • JRP Stone Creations is not responsible for delays, rework, or additional costs caused by improper cabinetry, framing, or site readiness.

4. DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

  • A deposit is required to order materials and schedule fabrication.

  • Remaining balances are due upon completion of installation, unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Payments must be made according to the approved estimate or invoice terms. ​

 

5. MATERIAL CHARACTERISTICS

  • Natural stone products vary in color, veining, movement, and texture.

  • These variations are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.

  • Seams, joints, color variation, and surface movement are normal and unavoidable.​

 

6. INSTALLATION & JOBSITE CONDITIONS

  • Jobsite must be clear, accessible, and ready at the scheduled installation time.

  • Additional charges may apply for delays, rescheduling, or restricted access.

  • The Company is not responsible for damage to existing plumbing, cabinets, drywall, or flooring unless caused by gross negligence.​

 

7. DELAYS & FORCE MAJEURE

JRP Stone Creations is not liable for delays due to material shortages, supplier delays, weather conditions, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

  • Orders involving fabricated or special-order materials cannot be canceled once fabrication has begun.

  • Deposits are non-refundable once materials are ordered or work has started.​

 

9. WARRANTY & MAINTENANCE

  • Workmanship is warranted for a limited period as outlined in the project agreement.

  • Natural stone requires proper care, sealing, and maintenance.

  • The Company is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, or improper cleaning products.​

 

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JRP Stone Creations shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from materials or services provided.

11. WEBSITE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, images, logos, and designs are the property of JRP Stone Creations and may not be reproduced without written consent.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which JRP Stone Creations operates.

13. ACCEPTANCE

By signing below, approving an estimate, or authorizing work, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
